Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an intimate, chef-curated dining experience available for one night only. Our Executive Chef, Daniel Schreuder, has designed an exclusive four-course prix fixe menu that guides you through the evening with refined flavours, elevated ingredients, and thoughtful presentation — created to be shared, savoured, and remembered. The evening begins with an indulgent amuse, followed by a selection of elegant starters, refined mains, and decadent desserts, all crafted specifically for this event. Guests may enhance their experience with a $30 optional wine pairing flight, thoughtfully selected to complement each course, or elevate the night further with a premium caviar service available by request. This is a prix fixe–only, adult-only experience, allowing our team to focus entirely on delivering a seamless, romantic evening from start to finish. Seating is limited, and availability is exclusive to Valentine’s Day. Seatings are available from 5:00 PM, with the last seating at 8:30 PM. A 20% autogratuity will be applied to all bills.
